of Steve Irwin

Steve Irwin, better known as the reptile man of The Crocodile Hunter docu series, died after a stingray attack near Cairns on Australia's far north coast earlier today.

He was killed by a stingray barb that went through his chest and wounded him near his heart (possibly triggering an allerguc reaction and in turn causing a heart attack).

I always enjoyed his animal shows.. U could feel the passion this guy had for the wildlife. Sad thing he had to pass on so suddenly. But I guess he should have thought of this possiblity when he decided on doing this for his livelihood.
