got mua a part time job, been working since tuesday now. so now, i'll be doing 5.5 days just like any other typical working singaporean (lol), only thing is that i work on public holidays too (only a few hours lah).

finished my 1st storeee - book of the year.

got my uni offer letter (in black & white) finally.

will be signing up for my driving course soon (maybe next week).

great, things are moving along now.

now for the hobby....hmm....i wonder....

well...we are all but humans.

I used to be able to finish a book within 2days (those standard 300-400 pages type 1 lah), BUT, that was back in secondary school days. Back then it was so intensive that my aunt had to lock up my books and take my library card away from me when I was doing my O's. LOL .

After that year, I sort of lost it and take up to 2 weeks just to finish a book, depending on the "pull" factor.

Trying to recover that lost steam and getting disciplined this year.

Yesh..my resolution...

Yeap. I am a fan of his . Still a very big fan of his .

Been supporting him since that very season he came out lah (soom-pa!), he came in as a sub for Cantona, after that infamous kick to the Crystal Palace fan which subsequently got him suspended for 9mths (or was it 8?).

Scholes came out and started scoring in almost every match he played, that got me noticing soon. Started enjoying his play and get so excited when he gets the ball, telling my grandpa "orh orh, Orange Hair got the ball liao, confirm going to score again."

And again, and again, and again. He did that season. So impressed I was, I became a loyal supporter of his till this very day. 11 years liao loh.

First England player to score a hat trick since don't when lah, but also the first player to get red-carded since don't when. HaHA !!

Status: He is currently out for the whole season, since the Birmingham match and he got bumped in the eye. Suffering from double vision, but recovering, doing some footwork now, hopefully he gets back in time for next season.

Manchester United is boring to watch nowadays...Quality of play is also down....

And you think blackouts happen only in those ulu places like the previous suburb I stayed in back in Perth.

Got caught in not 1, not 2, but 3! blackouts in the space of 30mins at this particular restaurant 2 weekends back while having a reunion dinner with a bunch of old-old-squadmates.

For the amount of money we paid per pax, they have no reason to say not earning profit loh, hence no money to pay electricity bills. (No, dinner was not "pocket scorching", just above the average amount bah).

Food wasn't that fantastic, neither was the service (we were like shoo-ed out of the place, while this other table was still happily eating and chatting away nearing closing time) nor the ambience.

Moral of the story is : That restaurant will never see me stepping back in there for a self-paying meal.

was stopped for the umpteen time at immigration yesterday en route to JB.

IO : "who is this XXX?"

me: "me me"

IO: "how old are you now?"

me: "21"

IO: "have to change your picture, you know? cannot recognize"

me: "okok"

you see, the mugshot in the passport was taken when i was 14, and the photo somehow faded (i dunno how), so you can barely see half the face. and 7 years on, i dun look like what i was back then. sad story.

have to go down to ICa lo....soon soon....

the past 2 months had been rather deranging for me. just so glad that all is over and I still get to do what I want in Life. haha. it feels all so UNreal, man. will be deferred for 1 year though. But nevermind, I still going there. This time, it is CONFIRMED. Plus Chop Chop.

never thought I will be heading to that big city (in my opinion) to study. heard from a friend that the University is damn nice lah. sooo grateful lah.

1. I eat curry but I hate chilli in its raw state (balachan, paste, sliced etc etc)
2. I like to carry my bath towel after showering all over the house. (think Linus of the Peanut Gang minus the thumb sucking)
3. I am demophobic (eg. i rather walk a longer route to reach my destination than take a shorter route which is crowded).
